Getting the casino's ended up actually reducing they're lives by 5 years when they already had a shorter lifespan to begin with. Least that's how it is up here. Casino's meant more easy money, more easy money meant yet more inactivity and sitting on ass,....it also meant even more alcohol and drug use when they were already the biggest abusers by far . Then came the fentanyl. The rest is history.

The casino contracts were a bullet point on proof that these fucks cant learn.
 
There is a casino on a reservation not far from me that is quite lucrative. Each native gets a sizable chunk once a month. They are also given just under a million dollars at 18 because from birth the monthly payout is put in an interest bearing account for them when they reach adulthood. After the one time payout then they continue to get the Monthly payout which at last count was about 6 G's a month. You would think that with the money flowing on the reservation it would bring about all kinds of investment from those receiving it. That you would see lucrative projects being built, ect ect ect. Nope,....it hasn't. Instead it continues to be a shithole where the party never ends. Drunk and doped full time. What a waste of capital and Human life. You know who does LOVE IT though? The White towns all around the edges of the reservation. Once a month the rez dwellers go on massive buying sprees in those white areas because that's where all the car lots and retailers are. But it gets better. They burn through they're money so fast that when they run low they have no problem whatsoever taking a 40 K car they bought not long ago and selling it to one of the whites in the White areas for 15 K! Guy buys it at 15 and sits on it a minute re sells in another town for 25 or 30 K, makes huge profit and the new buyer comes out great because the car is actually worth 40 K. Happens all the time.

The ones around here are doing very well, and getting a couple of thousand dollars a month,
The have improved their homes , some of them worth well over a million now , and have been buying new cars and other things.
And they have put people to work making good money on top of those monthly checks.
Unemployment here is almost null.
 
So that Million dollar payout and the 6 K a month per person every month thereafter,........guess who's hands all that dough ends up in not long after??? Should be pretty easy to guess right? NOT in the hands of natives that's for sure.... :cool:

You haven't heard of this sort of thing going on across the country? I don't believe that. And to be clear,....some tribes are doing better. But a whole lot of them are not. In fact they are killing themselves living the lives they are living.

Well not around here.
They are doing a lot of things for themselves that they never could before.
As I said a lot of new houses, and yes new cars . haven't seen any of them reselling them,
It has been very good for them here.

Why would they be eating ZOO animals?
They have all kinds of money to buy food from the store or if they want can hunt deep and what ever they want on the rez. year round.
In fact they have not been hunting deer like they use to the heards are bigger now then they ever were, since they have more money and can go to the store if they want.
