Heads up Teabillies - the gubmint's a comin for your small dick compensators

Not true.

Stand your ground laws let me defend myself if I believe I am under imminent threat.

And as a Jewish person, I am under imminent threat from Nazis.

Therefore, Stand Your Ground would apply to me killing a Nazi in self-defense.

Stand your ground laws only apply to a person actually threatening you with statements or actions.

A person is not threatening you just because he is a Nazi. You are saying you can kill somebody because you believe his political views are threatening to you.

A threat has to be a statement like "I am going to kill you" and it has to be shown to be serious and he is capable of doing it.

A guy was convicted for threatening the president for calling President Obama racial slurs and saying "he is going to take a 45 to the head." His conviction was overturned because he did not say he was going to kill him.

wait a fucking minute...............YOU are jewish and are demanding that people surrender weapons to state monopoly of violence????? you just might be the stupidest mother fucker on the forum now, ahead of evince and domer.

If someone aims a gun at you, and you're not scared, there is something wrong with you.

And taking away your gun would be stealing. Unlike the Republicans, I believe in doing things the legal way. We will take guns away from unhinged people like you through changing the law.

That is not the legal way. You can't pass such a law.

If Nazis urged people to kill all the Jews and nobody kills Jews as a result, there was no genocide and no crime.

WRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG!

That is incitement, and just because no one acted on it, doesn't mean it wasn't incitement.

You cannot prosecute somebody for "pure speech" and this was speech only with no action.

Yes you can.

You absolutely can.

You don't seem to know much about free speech laws, and that there are no absolutes. You can be prosecuted for incitement. You can be prosecuted for making threats, even if that threat isn't acted upon.

You're not a lawyer. STOP.

At which point it will be too late.

If genocide is occurring, then it's too late to do anything about stopping it.

So if Nazis were not allowed to think genocide is good it would not happen? How do you do that?

Genocide is a pretty big deal and would take a lot of people with weapons and organization. We should be able to recognize such attempts before it occurs. But you cannot stop people for supporting it or advocating it.

Please submit some support for your views. I have given several court cases in which the court defends "mere advocacy" and have found no cases in which the courts have allowed restrictions on any "pure speech" or a person's views.

Nice hand cannon. He probably would! Personally, I like smaller calibers, say around 9mm. People underestimate that little .22 cartridge. A .22 pistol has been used in many a mass shooting.

That's exactly what it is. It's fun, and not so fun at the same time, to shoot. Shooting too many rounds can cause both the wrist and the wallet to hurt a lot.

Not a big 9mm fan. Rather have my .45.

As far as the .22, it's not much to shoot but it's cheap.

Which in 1933 Germany was inconceivable, yet...

We should be able to recognize such attempts before it occurs.

It's literally occurring right now on our Southern Border with the concentration camps and your response to that is "DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH".

So you'll understand if I'm not confident in your ability to judge atrocity, even when it is occurring right in your fat, stupid face.

But you cannot stop people for supporting it or advocating it.

Sure you can. It's called self-defense

I'm not talking about their views, I'm talking about their actions. The literal action of waving a Nazi flag is a call to action for genocide. If they want to think genocide, good for them. But if they express genocide, that's a call to action for it, and thus, self-defense is justified.

Urging someone to kill someone else is incitement...it's also conspiracy to commit murder.

Both of which justify self-defense.

So thanks for helping me make a legal case for killing Nazis.

But it is not illegal unless that person shows some proclivity to actually kill somebody. There is no conspiracy unless we actually plan that murder. A conspiracy, by definition, is secret. So the victim is not aware of the plot against him. And, a conspiracy, is a plan for future action and therefore cannot be "imminent."

If you think you have the right to assault or kill a Nazi why were the people being prosecuted for attacking Nazis in the stories I posted? As those stories revealed, some of the people were not really Nazis. If I "think" you are a Nazi am I still justified in killing you because I think I am in danger although I am wrong?

The main point is that you can never harm someone because of their political views. No views are a threat to anybody.

And both in Germany and on the border we were well aware what was happening. It was not over before we knew it.

However, if genocide was occurring on the border there would be fewer Hispanics and they would gradually disappear because that is what genocide is. There is no decline in the number of Hispanics with 100,000 a month crossing the border.

You confuse genocide with atrocity.

I dunno. I wasn't in those trials. I would have used Stand Your Ground as my defense.

No court or law agrees with your interpretatin.

No self-defense is justified until some act is taken to plan or actually harm others. Calling for genocide is mere advocacy just like the Brandenburg case and is protected speech.

Why aren't you going out and killing Nazis since it would be self defense and prevent genocide?
