Nobody claimed that the world will end in 12 years. The 12 years figure was from the IPCC report. Possible irreversible damages will occur between 2030 and 2050.
Climate change is said to be a "grave threat". Bernie supports the Green New Deal. Bernie also supports transforming our energy system to 100% renewable sources. Hate to break it to you but 100% of one type mean 0% of another. That's not less reliance. That's no reliance.
