Wrong. President Obama was popularly elected as our legal president for two full terms. He acted in his Constitutional capacity to execute the Iran deal. Since so many nations were involved with differing interests the deal was not done to please the USA alone.

Sen Tim Kaine had some very interesting perspective on this.

The very first sentence of the Iran deal, which they signed, says that Iran agrees not to build, purchase or seek nuclear weapons. Ever.

The deal did not address other issues such as terrorism.

The USA is free to address those issues as a separate matter.

By going back on the word of our nation we become a promise reneger. This tells the world that the USA can not be trusted to honor an agreement made by our President.

Why should NK sign anything with the USA when we have just demonstrated that we don't keep our word?

President Trump would call this action 'America First.' But what it really is is 'America Alone.'

This drives a wedge between the USA, and our partners in the Iran deal. Our sanctions are going to hurt other countries besides Iran. Since the other signatory nations to the Iran deal are not backing out, this moves them further away from the USA, and closer to Iran.

We had access to inspections but we just lost them. Iran could build a nuke within a year without the deal, and we have no way to verify.

Bolton wants to bomb Iran.

That is starting a war.

Iran is no pushover like Iraq (if you could call it that - we lost 4424 soldiers.)

We could be very certain we will lose more in a war with Iran.

Now North Korea will sign any deal offered. You don't have to live up to it. Just change your mind. Kim can send anyone to a conference. he does not even need experts. Trump will show a deal to everyone in the world. Then Trump might change his mind.,
 
Agreements signed by President Trump would be regarded as agreements whatever the constitutional detail, and he, after all. in a mentally-impaired liar who couldn't run a piss-up in a Brewery. President Obama, on the other hand represented a majority, and was a respected and educated human being.
