How does this academic still have a license?

New York based psychiatrist Aruna Khilanani, gave a lecture at Yale University's School of Medicine’s Child Study Center a few weeks ago in May.

Included in her "lecture" she told the audience “I had fantasies of unloading a revolver into the head of any white person that got in my way, burying their body, and wiping my bloody hands as I walked away relatively guiltless with a bounce in my step."

She also stated that she'd deliberately "white-ghosted" all of her White friends, acquaintances, and co-workers years ago.

At times profane about Whites, Khilanani's "lecture" was chock-a-block with racism, hatred, and as shown above threats of violence.

The audio of this lecture is imbedded in this link

How come Yale didn't pull this immediately and disown anything to do with Dr. Khilanani? To have and allow such an overt bigot on campus to spew hatred and advocate for violence against others is unacceptable. How any university could allow such an insane quack to give such a lecture is beyond me.

Perfectly understandable. ~ the left.

What threats?

I'd say anyone who publicly announces they fantasize about killing people and say it seriously as this person did, is someone making threats. It certainly is reason enough to ban her from owning a firearm if you are in favor of red flag laws. That's especially true given she spewed this vile stuff for nearly an hour to the listeners of her lecture.

An hour and only few quotes?

Did you listen the whole audio?

Besides, we all have stated at least once in our lives that we wanted to kill somebody.

I suppose ‘further context would be needed’ if a white person went on a similar rant about any minority group lol.

Right.

You listen to it yourself. I gave a link. It's really disgusting.

Not to a room full of people we didn't know or the equivalent of standing at a podium in an auditorium and saying it. I'd bet few people have said something like that then backed it up with 50 + minutes of hate spewed at the people you wanted to kill.

So Trump’s Charlottesville ‘fine people on both sides’ quote needed more context and it wasn’t fair to make a judgment on that?

The context was "added" two days later. ;)

Now you understand why we all should be careful not to jump to conclusions based on quotes.
