How Mary Jo Kopechne was a victim of the Kennedys TWICE

I'm guessing he thought that if he waited 10 hours to report the incident, his blood alcohol % might go down. Miserable sot.

There are certainly a lot of unanswered questions.

There were also doubts about the way Kopechne died. Dr. Donald Mills of Edgartown, wrote on the death certificate: "death by drowning". However, Gene Frieh, the undertaker, told reporters that death "was due to suffocation rather than drowning". John Farrar, the diver who removed Kopechne from the car, claimed she was "too buoyant to be full of water". It is assumed that she died from drowning, although her parents filed a petition preventing an autopsy.

all of the questions they ask are easy as hell to answer.

He took a wrong turn in the dark and though he was on a different road

HE HAD A HEAD INJURY

we know a lot MORE ABOUT HEAD INJURIES NOW HUH ASSHOLE

those cops at the time couldn't figure it out because they were not trained in the medicine we have today

ask football players what head injuries do to the brain

Don't have to, your rambling nonsense is proof enough. Anyway his head was injured after the accident albeit he was drunk as a skunk. Why did both the undertaker and the police diver say she was not drowned?

Settin' the bar kinda low there Doris.

Setting the bar at "effective legislator"...is actually setting it rather high for American conservative legislators.

The "Doris" is the kind of thing that must make you a hero with the other kids at the playground, right?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drunk_driving_in_the_United_States#Laws_and_regulations

In the US, most of the laws and penalties were greatly enhanced starting in the late 1970s, and through the 1990s, largely due to pressure from groups like Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) and leaders like Candy Lightner. Significantly, zero tolerance laws were enacted which criminalized driving a vehicle with 0.01% or 0.02% BAC for drivers under 21. This is true even in Puerto Rico, despite maintaining a legal drinking age of 18.[22]

the accident was in 1969

For real. Does a wingnut really need to time travel back a half century in an attempt to make a salient point?

What is the average age of a time-traveling jpp.com Trumptard anyway? Like, seventy six or something?
Are people under the age of 55 even really aware of Cappaquidik, or whatever it's called?

he was in a car accident

undeniable fact

he had a head injury

undeniable fact

You were trying to tell me a head injury explains why he went over Dike Bridge at 35mph and ended up in Pocha Pond. He knew that island like the back of his hand, so how could he get lost?
