This has nothing to do with where it took place, other than at work that is. It has everything to do with the fact that in the United States, unwanted touching and advances are considered sexual harassment and will get you terminated.

As for the women, I recall that at least one had dinner with Cuomo outside of work. Any woman (or man for that matter) who has one-on-one social activities outside of the work place with a boss is encouraging them. Don't do it. Boss should know better than to even ask.

I am a hospice volunteer. A couple of years ago, pre-pandemic, one of the clients -- a 99-year-old blind guy -- pinched my boob as I was helping him get settled on his couch. It was done very deliberately, and he just grinned at his success in finding it. I wouldn't call that sexual harassment. Instead, I just laughed and said "You men, you just never give up, do you?" I reported it to my coordinator, along with the other activities that day. She laughed too. I wasn't his only "squeeze." :)
