You and Primavera have been jerking each other off for the past two days watching The Magic School Bus and drinking from sippy cups. Flirting is alright everywhere. The standards of acceptability for flirtatious behavior differ by culture, geography, and legal jurisdictions.

Cuomo can claim that his Italian/Italian American culture led him to believe that all of his actions were harmless and acceptable. I even believe him. But it doesn't matter because he wasn't "being Italian" in Italy. He did it in New York where he and both of his parents were born. It offended women because Americans are trying at long last to finally develop a sexual culture based on mutual consent.

There was no contradiction. You and your butt boi are just too fucking stupid to understand the only language you claim to be fluent in.

She had a long history in local politics upstate with a lot of name recognition. I don't know why she won by such a wide margin, and I suppose we could see her voting record in the one term she was in Congress before being Cuomo's running mate.

Many of her detractors are saying that she's a Republican. I'd have to research that. Overwhelmingly, the problem in this state is that it's run by lobbyists. She's clearing house in Albany. If they aren't lobbyists working in the Capitol, it's the family members of same.

We always hear about cleaning house. I'd love to see it happen.

I've heard that she's meeting with the cabinet this week and weekend and plans on firing just about everyone. She and Cuomo clearly are not close. Will the first female governor of our state actually do something about corruption, nepotism, and abuse of political power? I'm happy to see her try, if she does, but I don't have a lot of hope that she won't succumb to the same pitfalls of every other powerful NY politician in history.

This boils down to how much she wants to be re elected in two years. And even that is going to be interesting.

It takes a massive war chest to win an election. If she doesn't raise as much money as an opponent, but she has an amazing record of cleaning house, we're going to see which carries more weight.

Both Cuomos pandered to the Hasidic community, giving them countless millions over the decades. They vote in a unified block.

Cuomo's election was filthy. He set up Moreland to go after corrupt Republicans and Democrats alike. When the commission got too close to Cuomo's buddies, he shut it down.

Cuomo was never found to have broken any laws, but his myriad filthy friends were about to be under the microscope.

As the piece states, NY politics has always been filthy. We seem to have had a lot of Italians in the governor's mansion in the last 40 years.
