There is no formal fallacy in logic, rhetoric, or philosophy called “repetition fallacy.” It does not appear in:

  • academic logic textbooks
  • peer‑reviewed philosophy sources
  • debate manuals
  • classical fallacy catalogs
If someone claims it’s a fallacy, they’re either:

  • making it up
  • confusing it with something else
  • or using “fallacy” as a buzzword to avoid addressing the argument
Which is exactly what fallacy inflation looks like — throwing random labels to dodge substance.

That was the best answer you could come up with for Mamani being a commie? I posted a video of him specifically speaking of his desire to have the government take over the means of production. Do you believe him when he says it?

I have never seen one of you on the left here condemn the words, let alone discuss it when it is brought up. So one can only assume that you tacitly support his aims.
