All this really tells us is basic confirmation that all of Iran's forces have been rendered inoperative.
The B-2 bomber is so unjustifiably expensive that it is never allowed to operate in an environment that involves any substantive risk of even minor damage; each cut or scrape on the curing (skin) requires $millions to fix. Nobody has the $$ to make any sort of major repairs or to replace component parts. The B-2 is brought in to participate in war efforts well after all threats have been completely eliminated, i.e. when there is no need for it whatsoever.
