Reminds me of the day last year when my wife and I were walking back from Central Park...and we were passing Trump Tower. I know it was childish, but I walked cross the street so I could spit on it.

I actually was a bit scared, because the front of the building is like a fortress these days. SWAT teams loaded with weapons...all in battle gear. But there was no way I could chicken out. So I did it.

I just got off the phone with McConnell's office! I told them we might not be able to WAIT to vote him out of office! He is the protector, the enabler--the WALL between the country and ONE CRAZY MAN! Her response...

It's another double standard Republicans have in their playbook now.

It is against the law to make threats against the president, and you can be arrested and thrown in jail for saying or writing a threat against the president.

Yet, it's OK for Donald Trump to use the bully pulpit of his office to make dog whistle public threats against those who oppose him politically and a calling of arms for the military, police, and his followers to carry out his threats.

Let me just tell you that Police Officials across the country are looking at Trump's tweet as a call to arms for an uprising against his political adversaries, and they are majorly concerned that Trump's dog whistle calling of arms tweets like this will register with certain mentally challenged people who will act on them if they don't like the outcome of the investigation or something they hear in the media.

And the military has also been publicly speaking out about Trump's dog whistle threats implying that the military is somehow on his side and claiming that the military would somehow rise up and fight for him in the streets, should he be impeached. Yes, Military officials and soldiers alike are coming out and stating publicly that they serve the people- even the ones in the streets- and not any one person like the president.

Obviously, someone advising the president has advised the president to take his dangerous tweet down and it has since been deleted. But, it's too late as the damage has already been done, and it is now public record, and heading towards the history books as another bastardization and degradation of the office of the presidency.

So of the many negative things that can be said about this president based on the things he has said or done, you may now add "Thug" and "Hitman" to the list.
