The guy who asked me to build it for his forum is getting impatient, so I will begin building the "limit threads to x in y" where x is the number of threads and y is a time window. they will be able to create threads in each of the forums, per whatever number they add for X within the time period they define in y...

Pobre is also...supercilious, an adjective that describes someone who behaves or looks as though they think they are better than other people.

I have seen no evidence that Pobre is better than other people. I have seen antithetical evidence.
