I Like Music

I like music also...by which I mean that I especially enjoy the works of Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Verdi, Puccini, Donizetti, Wagner...and artists like Callas and Pavarotti.

Some people just like melodic noise...which I can understand. At times I enjoy some of that noise also.

I like Beethoven. Believe it or not, I took a music appreciation class in Beethoven in college.

I once had a dog, GRHS, that liked Maria Callas so much that he made her arias duets.
You had to hear it to believe it...and with his lungs, most of the neighborhood heard it.

You must be a barbarian...or a hater of music. Anyone who thinks Beethoven's music is anything other than great...is him/herself someone emotionally dead.
 
I also like Shastakovich's 9th.
It's weird....Beethoven's 5th and 9th are also my favorites.

Back in college we had a student union building. That's where we could relax and hang out. There were sometimes parties at night.
When I had a space between classes, I would go there and enjoy the classical music room.
