WASHINGTON (AP) — I’ve never been part of a conspiracy theory. Now, video of my surprised facial expression has become Exhibit A in the latest unfounded speculation about Hillary Clinton.

It starts with Clinton’s visit to a muffin shop in Washington on June 10, five days before the District of Columbia’s Democratic primary. The then-presumptive Democratic nominee popped in for a photo op with Mayor Muriel Bowser and other officials supporting her campaign.

As an Associated Press reporter who’s spent more than a year covering her candidacy, I was there for her appearance. After she ordered herself a “cold chai,” my colleagues and I shouted some questions, mostly about Clinton’s recent meeting with Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren.

Perhaps eager to avoid answering or maybe just taken aback by our volume, Clinton responded with an exaggerated motion, shaking her head vigorously for a few seconds. Video of the moment shows me holding out my recorder in front of her, laughing and stepping back in surprise. After the exchange, she took a few more photos, exited the shop and greeted supporters waiting outside

Two months later, that innocuous exchange has become the fodder for one of some Trump supporters’ most popular conspiracy theories: her failing health. Where I saw evasiveness, they see seizures..

Here is the ruling from the democrat run Supreme Court of Pennsylvania

Current Pennsylvania law states clearly that all mail-in ballots are due by the time polls close on Election Day.

But the court's order adds a three-day extension to receive ballots that are postmarked by 8 p.m. on Election Day. Ballots with a preelection postmark will now be counted as long as they are received by 5 p.m. on Nov. 6, three days after the polls close.

The court also wrote that ballots “received within this period that lack a postmark or other proof of mailing, or for which the postmark or other proof of mailing is illegible, will be presumed to have been mailed by Election Day unless a preponderance of the evidence demonstrates that it was mailed after Election Day.”

Now why would the court allow ballots that didn't have a proper post mark or other proof of mailing?

Can any JPP leftist give a coherent answer? It seems to be rife with fraud potential.

Of course this will make its way to the Supreme Court and will get thrown out because it violates Article 1 Section 4 of the US Constitution which states clearly that only the legislature can write election law. Clearly the Court is making election law.

If JPP democrats avoid this thread then it is clear that they know the whole point of this is to cheat

I hope this is true. If Republicans are going to cheat, then Democrats have no choice but to cheat too.

Don't get me wrong, I don't want ANYONE to cheat. But if the Democrats don't fight fire with fire, then we're going to become a Fascist state.

:rofl2::rofl2::rofl2:

"Hey these bags of ballots over here aren't postmarked -but they count -right??"

If the officials have a ballot in their hands by the end of the day Nov. 6, it will count. If ballots are still coming in after Nov. 6, either with or without postmarks, they won't count.

There is no way that postal ballots without a postmark would be allowed in the UK, period. I notice that absolutely nobody has even come up with a slightly plausible reason why that should be allowed. Come to that ballots received after the election date aren't allowed either. I can see this going to the SCOTUS, it stinks to high heaven.

Maybe it's racist to disqualify any ballot that DEMOCRATS want to count.

Consider this; by extending the deadline 3 days past Election Day (which is contrary to Pennsylvania law), DEMOCRATS know exactly how many mail-in ballots they need to "discover" to hand Biden all of the Keystone States electoral votes.

Wow what an attempt at rationalization

ROFLMAO

you are a true fascist

Nope, you're the one that wants a Dictatorship. I'm saying that if the Democrats need to cheat in order to keep our Democracy, I'm cool with that.

Only a fascist would say that

I have never supported a dictatorship and you know it

You are beginning to freak out now. You don’t sound like a confident oerson

Hadn't thought of that but it certainly seems plausible
