I believe that video was sped up, it DOES show the officer leaning into the vehicle to cause the bump.

Look at the speed from the first video that guy showed, compared to the second one.

That second video LITERALLY shows the officer trying to be struck.

I was wondering what events would turn the country back towards Orange man. looks like this could be it. a reminder of the shit stain faction is all that is necessary

Go to 3:51, see how FAR he is leaning in to get struck.

It shows him bracing for impact. The first was slow motion . I have seen the view of the impact several times and that is the speed that it happened.
