Kyle showed up to a BLM riot with a legal firearm to defend property from destruction. Dumb but he was only 17.
Anyone that injured a a federal officer should have gone to jail for as much time that is usual for that same crime in the states.
The nurse shouldn't have fought and resisted arrest by federal officers and he should not have been illegally carrying a weapon . And he damn sure should not have been fighting with cops while carrying a weapon. He did that TWICE in 11 days.

Not to mention, the guy would've lost his concealed carry permit the second he committed a crime while armed. The media keeps claiming he was "legally carrying," but that's flat-out wrong.
The moment he decided to insert himself into an active police situation without immediately identifying himself with valid credentials, notifying officers he was armed, disclosing the gun's location, and stating its readiness status—he was no longer carrying legally. Period. Those are basic, non-negotiable responsibilities drilled into anyone during the concealed carry permitting process. He knew the rules; he just chose to ignore them.
So yeah, if he'd actually been arrested a week earlier for assaulting federal officers (like that earlier scuffle), his firearm would've been seized on the spot, and his permit revoked for good. No take-backs.
Note about the George Floyd scam and why it's related to the ICE riots:
Just watched a solid documentary called 'The Fall of Minneapolis.' Eye-opening stuff, highly recommend if you want the real timeline and context on what went down there, and how the ICE riots are merely another attempt by the same scumbags to repeat that nightmare. I always knew the whole Floyd narrative was seriously exaggerated, and the riots were not 'peaceful', but after seeing this, I now realize I had no idea how bad it really was. I knew that the officer's behavior was exaggerated to help push the narrative, but I had no idea they were not only completely innocent of the charges, they acted completely professional to the point normal people watching the entire arrest would find themselves thinking that they don't get paid enough to do the job that's so desperately needed. You'd feel obligated to give them a raise after that exact arrest all the way up to the point he had a heart attack from an overdose. Oh, of course, the jury wasn't allowed to see what happens next, the officer trying to save his life, but instead we know what happened next.
After watching, there's zero doubt in my mind that every single officer involved in the George Floyd arrest did absolutely nothing wrong. They were doing exactly as trained, with zero malice, just what happens every day across America. Those officers are heroes without question. Frey, Ellison, Walz, the judge, they should all be rotting in jail for what they did while knowing the truth. The media was exactly as they are today, complicit in whipping up the chaos and violence. The city turned into a scene straight out of every zombie movie you've ever seen.
For what? A crack dealer who severely abused himself for decades, with enough drugs (that's plural) in his system to rule it an overdose. He wasn't killed by any officer's actions, not even close. Floyd's whole routine was his standard MO, caught on camera from a nearly identical incident just months earlier with a different cop. The 'I can't breathe,' 'I'm scared cause I was shot last time,' 'my mother just died,' 'I'm claustrophobic,' 'please help me please,' all of it was the exact same pathetic act he pulled every time officers were about to arrest him, and he was a pro at getting arrested. As usual, this is the type of guy the libtards elevate through false narratives and bold face lies. Anyone that has read extensively about the Soviet Union's fall to Marxism knows the democrats are using the same playbook the Soviets did to brainwash the public.
The guy had a heart attack. Soros, the media, and politicians spotted an opportunity for chaos, so they amped up the false narrative from the always unreliable early reports. The people hurt, the devastation, the lives ruined throughout a once-proud city, the damage to race relations, the vile narrative about Nazi police, and four good cops doing a tough job in a declining hellhole, all thrown to the wolves by the same dumbasses in charge, every bit of it for the real or perceived payoff to those scumbags we're now learning also stole billions from Americans.
Because we've let those scumbags skate on the George Floyd scam, of course they'd try to rerun the playbook. To them, George Floyd was one massive payday, and they nailed it by keeping the truth from their base, just like they've done with ICE. So naturally, they're gearing up for round two. I've noticed many of them getting visibly annoyed that they have to shell out so much cash and still can't recruit enough idiots to spark the nationwide destruction they're craving. You can see them squirm as they essentially beg people to get angrier, hit the streets, and make some noise, turn up the 'heat.' This has been and will continue to be an all-hands-on deck effort including the Chinese spinning up their propaganda networks adding their support and resources for 'the effort' to literally start a civil war. These people are a special brand of sick bastards. I hope they face justice in my lifetime.
