The aid was released within the deadline set by Congress; Trump has the *responsibility* to see that the aid goes where it is intended to; the Ukrainians were totally unaware it was being ‘withheld’; and, like millions of Americans, they were patiently waiting on ‘their government check’ to arrive in the mail.
Nobody died. Russia didn’t use the waiting period to invade Ukraine or Eastern Europe.
