But what can the Dems really do for Iran, even with control of both chambers? The president still has a veto over anything that comes out of congress, does he not?

I'm not 100% familiar with the power balance between the WH and congress. Can someone explain how much a Democrat win can/will really help Iran?

I am not a big fan of the current federal Democrats in office. They are corrupted as well. They just don't, currently, seem to be quite as corrupted as they Republican counterparts who have the biggest crook in the Oval Office ever elected into White House.
