Bush should have been impeached and tried. Trump is a traitor and Pence was an accomplice to the treachery so what have the others you named done to compare to that?

They all lied--you didn't say anything about the magnitude of those lies. LBJ lied to get us into a war as bad as Bush, Clinton was impeached for lying, Obama lied about Obamacare....

Bush and LBJ would be at the top for damaging lies. Vietnam was shorter than Iraq-Afghanistan but over 50,000 died.

I cannot recall lying about a blow job killing anyone. And the lying into war issue should bring on impeachment and criminal prosecution at the Hague. Neither Obama or JFK were sell-outs to hostile nations. Trump is a malignant disease which encompasses everything vile, toxic and treacherous.

The issue was lying disqualifying someone from being president. Now you are changing it to the seriousness of the lies.

yes, there is. the constitution REQUIRES that the newly promoted president nominate a vice president to the senate, who then has to confirm. Impeachment cannot take place before then.
