The problem you have is your post makes no sense as reply to the question of why the case was brought so close to an election.

Again your post only makes sense to someone stupid like you.

Judges do not just deny search warrants.

Judges examine search warrant requests for deficiencies and conformity to the laws while trusting what the DoJ presents to be accurate and true.

Pushing the premise that because the judge issued the warrant that in any way speaks to the validity or strength of the case is something only someone who does not understand the legal process would do. Or someone stupid, you choose.

No, the investigations have been ongoing, in fact the State started them beforehand, but directly publicly calling out Omar right before the election is unprecedented, it was, as is the majority of Trump’s DOJ actions, 100% political

And by the way, Shirley is a sham, anyone can edit a video to make it show nearly anything they want it to show
