Trump University got a legal warning going back to 2005 that it was fraud to represent a non accredited seminar company as a University and yet that is exactly what they did.

But even if you only look at it as a Seminar company while ignoring all the University fraud representations made, it was a fraudulent Seminar company too. The commitment of access to 'Top real Estate entrepreneurs who would help people get rich fast' was never delivered.

The mostly young people defrauded into spending $10's of thousands of dollars actually only got a low level book club that mailed them out a few pieces of basic template real estate books and materials and nothing more.

Trump has been a con artist his entire life who has tried to look who are the most vulnerable (students, veterans, seniors, his magat base) and then choosing what is the best way to fleece them.
