The judge authorized a search warrant with restrictions that according to filings were violated by the government when it did the search.

At this point the government is hiding the warrant and the affidavit they presented to the judge. Warrants based on perjury are quickly invalidated by courts.

Will you apologize when her phone and passport are returned under court order?
