Or, did she lie on her Congressional assets disclosure form?

Ad hominem.Wrong. They took pictures of bottles so labeled for the website but there is no evidence of actual sales.
She listed it as "partnership." That has specific meaning legally and in the business world. It means she was part of the business.Because she's a wife?
Not ad hominem as I did not attack you or what you said. I made a contrary claim to what you stated.Ad hominem.
Um you attacked the author of the article. Not ad hominem as I did not attack you or what you said. I made a contrary claim to what you stated.
So?She listed it as "partnership." That has specific meaning legally and in the business world. It means she was part of the business.
No, I didn't. I stated the photos of those bottles were used on the winery's website. There is zero evidence any were produced for actual sale. Slapping a label on a wine bottle and photographing it does not equate to being in production and selling wine. There is no evidence the latter ever occurred.Um you attacked the author of the article.

Or the author was misinformed or drew conclusions they thought were favorable to Omar due to political leanings. There could be a number of reasons for that, but they were, in fact, wrong. Omar's winery never sold any wine and there are no business records of that happening. So the author lied.![]()
Again, it was not Omar's winery. It was her husband and co-founder's.Or the author was misinformed or drew conclusions they thought were favorable to Omar due to political leanings. There could be a number of reasons for that, but they were, in fact, wrong. Omar's winery never sold any wine and there are no business records of that happening.
All you'd need is say, a few persons to show a receipt and the bottle of wine they bought to make that a reality, but that, to date, has not happened. Nobody has come forward and said something like "Look! Here' a bottle of wine I bought from Omar's winery. Here's the receipt."
Like you and yours after Jackoff Smith's Mar-a-Lago raid, with a warrant obtained by lying to a judge?
I'm sure she is just "coincidentally" longtime associates with some of the primary Minnesota fraud perps.....as has been proven.
Ah, that raid produced hundreds of secret documents Trump stole from the White House, some which were kept in the bathroom, probably Trump’s reading material when he took a dump, and others he shared with unauthorized individualsLike you and yours after Jackoff Smith's Mar-a-Lago raid, with a warrant obtained by lying to a judge?

Then arrest him and try him for treason.Ah, that raid produced hundreds of secret documents Trump stole from the White House, some which were kept in the bathroom, probably Trump’s reading material when he took a dump, and others he shared with unauthorized individuals
Was on that track until one of Trump’s kiss ass Florida Judges, the same one even Trump’s SCOTUS overruled previously, postponed it on a weird technicality till Trump took office. Case was never closed on its merits, rather because Trump’s stooges were about to take officeThen arrest him and try him for treason.
Trump confidently stands on his record in the many cases he's brought against prominent Democrats, saying yesterday, "All these losses tell me I'm due to win one once in my life!"

Get down on your knees and fiddle with your rosariesGuano is a useful Democratic/Socialist/Communist idiot, Anchovies.
Perhaps you missed this:
No one has brought a case against the Somali fraudster…yet…
It’s a deep dive investigation. You know, the kind done against President Trump, multiple times.
A Grand jury will decide to indict her if there is enough evidence to merit an indictment.
Calm down, everything is fine …
The difference of course being that Trump is a known criminal and Omar is a law abiding American citizen known for the public service she provides to her constituents. No one has brought a case against the Somali fraudster…yet, Marty.

Her husband owned nothing. There was no actual winery business.Again, her husband owned it.
Ok. That has to do what with Omar? Her husband owned nothing. There was no actual winery business.
Another reason to question them having a winery. For a practicing Muslim, owning a company that makes, sells, etc., an alcoholic product is Haram. Then again, that's good because Omar deserves to go to Muslim Hell which is what happens when you break Haram. The venture was short lived — it only sold a handful of wines between 2020 and 2023 — including a Malbec called “The Devil’s Lie;” a Cabernet Sauvignon named “Blockchain;” and a red blend “Overt,” described by drinkers as “flimsy” and “tart.”
The company was part of a larger “collective” selling wines out of a Santa Rosa storage space called Punchdown, whose boss told The Post Mynett’s was one of more than 20 labels it housed at the time.
