An illegal immigrant with ties to MS-13, the most violent gang in North America, was recently caught by Customs and Border Protection posing as a father.

He traveled across the U.S.-Mexico border with a year-and-a-half year old toddler who was sick with chickenpox.

Children are being trafficked to stranger adults as a ticket into the U.S.

Under current immigration law, "family units" cannot be detained for more than 20 days.

The illegal immigration and asylum case backlog is two years long and therefore, "family units" are released into the United States as they wait for their court dates. Violent organizations like MS-13 are taking advantage.

Smugglers are hired for as much as $20,000 per person and pair unrelated adults to unrelated children. The entire purpose is to claim asylum, valid or not, with the understanding that “family units” are apprehended and then released to the interior of the United States. Since 2008, asylum claims have ballooned by 1,700 percent according to DHS data.

Under the Obama administration, 80-90 percent of individuals making asylum claims with children were released after being processed and given a court date.

Two agencies must soon cut spending on airport security, border inspections, and child care centers unless DEMOCRATS approve $4.5 billion to manage Central American migration across the southern border.

The cuts would also anger the establishment media because they would hit the companies and progressive groups that provide temporary shelter for young “Unaccompanied Alien Children” (UAC).

A White House statement said:

  • $3.3 billion of this request will fund humanitarian assistance, including funds to increase shelter capacity, to feed and care for migrants in custody, and for transportation.
  • More than $2.8 billion will go to increase Health and Human Services (HHS) shelter capacity for Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) to approximately 23,600 beds.
  • Department of Homeland Security will receive $273 million to stand up, operate, and secure processing centers at the southern border, increasing its capacity by 3,500 beds.
DEMOCRATS have been blocking the funds.

The DEMOCRAT-dominated New York Assembly has passed legislation that would allow state residents who entered the country illegally to obtain driver’s licenses.

In a vote that fell along party lines, DEMOCRATS voted 86-50 in favor of the controversial “Green Light” bill, which would let illegal immigrants apply for a driver’s license with foreign documentation.

The legislation must now pass the DEMOCRAT-controlled state Senate, and New York DEMOCRAT Gov. Andrew Cuomo has already signaled he would sign it into law.

The Trump Administration has opted to use an Army base in Oklahoma to hold growing numbers of immigrant children in its custody after running out of room at government shelters.

Fort Sill, an 150-year-old installation once used as an internment camp for Japanese-Americans during World War II, has been selected to detain 1,400 children until they can be given to an adult relative, according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Nothing better than a military base where there is safe, clean shelter, food and medical care. Given the circumstances right now, Ft. Sill is a good choice.

The greed of the policy makers and lobbyists along with their dumbed-down base are the worst problem facing the planet. If they all drop dead, the world will eventually be a better place.

Indeed, Democrats in the past advocated the rule of law, Legion.

Now...not so much.

The rule of law mandates the illegals (non-citizens) are to be deported.
