Trump is a dunce compared to almost everyone normal. Truly is and that is not saying something for partisan reasons. I notice Trump said (regarding the Alaska controversy), "Lots of people do not know what "incumbent" means.

That almost certainly means that he (Trump) just learned what it means. He is a fucking moron.
