That is, you drive across the "res" and there's a car upside down on fire. Got drunk and... There's 20 police cars at a government provided home. Got drunk and axe murdered the family. There's a single wide on fire. Got drunk and...

I drive near or across various Indian reservations (and yes, America does the apartheid thing with these) frequently. They're all like that.
