Iran is trolling the hell out of America. Inflation is raging and Bond yields are flying as the world dumps U.S. debt, despite the federal reserve increasing interest rates (having to hurt the economy by doing so) And Iran is taunting it, Iran's Parliament Speaker Ghalibaf said: "Happy 5.1% 10Y America, celebrate"You wanted Iran dragged back to 1970s? Nobody told you Iran isn't for arrogant amateurs? We'll return you to 1970s rates, plus high gas prices, diesel shortages and bell-bottoms. Enjoy the nostalgia!"He’s right.
It is an alt reality narrative spun to try to cover up that Trump is an order taker, which is toxic to the Emperor Trump brand that is good for both Trump and the people in charge.

If Trump thought starting a war of aggression with Iran would cause his approval to skyrocket to 70-80 percent, then he really is an idiot. The Iraq War caused George W. Bush to lose control of both Houses of Congress and leave office with his approval rating in the 20s just like the Iran War is doing to Trump. You would think he would have known starting a war in the Middle East on false pretenses would be disastrous since he called for Bush to be impeached over it but obviously he did not.
