It’s time to call them all traitors and lock up all who threaten election officials r

No, sweetheart. That will never be the case. Libertarians only care about themselves.
so not only do you rely on liberal politicians to tell you what your constitutional rights are, you let them tell you what Libertarians are all about as well ROFL

If it were up to libertarians, the government would do nearly nothing.
LIMITED by the constiution....that's all

What I already told you that went over your empty skull is that we have different philosophies. I think that government can be more than minimal when it's for the collective benefit of a society. You want unlimited "rights" without restrictions, which is called anarchy. Read a fucking book.
besides the liberal hyperbole of 'anarchy', and of course you being all kinds of stupid wrong on government, i've read the constitution...........apparently you haven't

they do that all the time and get away with it because most of you are fucking pussies too afraid to stick up for your rights, or you prefer government ordering you around because you are terrified of others

You're saying that "all the time" police officers and prosecutors and judges don't uphold the law because your defense (or the defense of other people) is that you have a human right not to be restricted?

Holy fuck. You have gone off the deep end. You need to go refresh your medication and take a nap.

We have delegated the responsibility to determine what the law is to them. Therefore decisions are the people's decisions.
You agreed to that in this constitution.

you are wrong.......NOWHERE in the US Constitution does it give the power to SCOTUS to define the constitution. NOWHERE. What SCOTUS did was usurp that power in marbury. It is the height of stupidity to believe that the founders would create a limited government and then give that government the power to define the limits of that power. STUPIDITY

Rights have to be restricted in order to secure the rights of all.
it's a damned shame that you're too stupid to realize the absurdity of what you just wrote here

You have a right to free movement, but we have trespass laws because your selfish ass would trample my garden if we didn't restrict your right. If we didn't restrict your right to self defense, your hick ass would be shooting strangers for taking your parking spot. "Unrestricted rights" is one of the dumbest things I have ever read in this forum.

like I said, you're too stupid to realize what are rights and what aren't. That's why you need government to tell you what they are and what they aren't. the mark of a moron who obviously can't read

I've seen your avatar a few times; and now I just can't resist telling you that I love Freddie Mercury. I actually idolize him.

Farrokh was a fucking faggot just like you. The sad part is you haven't contracted AIDS and died.

more hyperbole and fantastic delusions....saying that rights are unlimited (i.e. no restrictions) doesn't mean that someone can do whatever they want..............that's your ignorant empty brain spouting fear filled thoughts from your liberal handlers

What you are referring to as "the deep end" is in reality now a standard talking point of the retarded right.
Ideas refined in the 1950s and mass manufactured and distributed in the 1980s are now tossed like chicken feed
in the right wing echo chamber. I forgot more Ayn Rand by 1985 than these diaper Nazis have ever known.

Bitch, I have an undergraduate degree in political science. I don't let liberal (or conservative politicians) tell me anything about political philosophy. I rely on professors and authors who spent their lifetimes researching the subject. You might have read the Constitution. Maybe not. I don't care, though, because you don't understand it.

Trump and his horde of traitors should be identified as such and the toy soldiers who threaten election officials should be locked up on felony charges. Threatening government offices of the United States is a felony, and it’s long past time for Trump traitors to face the consequences of their actions.

Imagine if armed mobs of African-Americans showed up at the homes of election officials threatening them and their families. Many would be shot and others would be locked up facing 5-10 year penalties.

Time to stop coddling traitors to democracy and this nation.

There is no legitimate argument for claiming the election was stolen when Trump lost by 7 million votes and hasn’t made ONE legitimate argument that can hold up in court.

tHEY ARE TRAITORS.
Come get us ya filthy cock sucker.

Uh oh. You're not even trying to respond to posts anymore except to lob lazy insults. Do you realize that no one in this thread agrees with you? You've been brainwashed by half-baked ideas and haven't even considered the implications.

Congrats. Political science /International studies and economics followed by juris doctorate. Ace con law student in both undergraduate and doctorate programs.
And based on my argument by ethos :)and your comments, you are right and diesel is wrong, or more politely, is unsound considering the case evidence.

Farrokh was a fucking faggot just like you. The sad part is you haven't contracted AIDS and died.

You don't handle disagreement nor defeat very well. Your parents failed. You are a self-entitled, spoiled little bitch throwing a tantrum because you've finally had your worthless ass whipped -- in an internet forum no less.

I merely repeated back to you what you wrote. I've had more stimulating debates with aquarium algae than your brain dead ass.

Prior to Marbury, who do you think was the decision maker when 2 laws were in conflict with each other? This goes back to English law.

It is the height of stupidity to think that the Founders would think courts have no place in decisions about laws that conflict with other laws. The Constitution specifically states that the courts shall have jurisdiction in "all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties made"

If courts can't decide on the intent of a law then the Constitutionalist jurists are the worst offenders when it comes to interpreting the US Constitution.

Nobody tells anyone subjectively what their rights are. Hell Charlie Manson probably thought he simply had a bunch of rights and everyone else had very few.
Respectfully I subscribe to a social contract theory that we live in a society we inherited wherein a constitution was written and we endowed educated priests
call court judges to apply, expound and interpret what the application of the law is to cases and controversies presented to them. We also inherited a bulwark of
common law stare decisis from Britain which provides the basis for a calculus of case law and precedent which informs judges how novel cases should be decided,
rather than applying a code in a vacuum. This serves an important "certainty" function, in the Latin certum.

I can bore everyone forever.

Diesel is correct that current right wing ideologues are far far out of balance with any reasonable philosophy the framers had about political philosophy.
