J.D. and the P.P. Support this!

No, they can give an insight into the personality of the candidate, an inkling as to his or her character. I remember Trump being a boorish ass when he debated Hillary Clinton, evidently afraid to match wits with her, causing me to dislike him more than I already did, so that was helpful.
Are you skipping over some of the posts here? Which give you this insight you mention?

He just doubled down again - and again insulted a female reporter (that is such a telling pattern).

No way to know until the election - but I think Trump & Vance nationalized this. As it stood, it was only going to impact Ramaswamy's chances, but their refusal to call it for what it is is terrible optics for the party as a whole.

Low-road campaigning can work, and has - but Americans know when it goes too low.

Why would someone refuse to debate? She refuses....then hides... That's shameful...
Why have Paxton, Abbott, Whatley, Jackson, Rogers, Lombardo, and dozens of other Republicans refused to debate? Are you saying they should all be ashamed of themselves?

Cledith Arthur was indicted for sexually molesting his biological daughter. When she pressed charges in the early 1970's, she had to fight against a prosecutor who was not interested, but she finally got them to prosecute him. He was easily indicted, but was allowed out on bail. He tormented his biological daughter until she dropped charges. The police did nothing.

Cledith Arthur married Amy Acton's mother, and got access to Amy Acton. After being raped and tortured for years, at age 12 she bravely stood up to him. He was again indicted, and again tried to intimidate the witness against him. His wife, Acton's mother, Donna Arthur tried to help find Acton to shut her up. When that plan failed, they fled his bail.

There are few instances when you are required to show up for a debate. A criminal case is one of them. Arthur had an arrest warrant for fleeing his child rape case until he died. Had Donna Arthur committed her crime today, she too would have an arrest warrant.

What is the point of a debate that does not put these criminals in prison?

I would not vote for someone who refused to debate...so....( I've already said the ad with her mother was not necessary....but bottom line...Amy is simply not qualified and has many other problems...I gave an example earlier in theis thread...)

Just as a reminder, trump refused primary debates, and tried to weasel out of general election debates. Did you vote for trump, or is this a new found conviction?
I've seen the President debate...the issue is refusing to debate at all....

Just a reminder that Donna Arthur did actually get a felony conviction for theft by deception. It turns out that supporting a child molester was expensive, and she had to commit felonies to support him. Now she has trump to support her.

I love when good people show up to confront evil, as in the case of this vile candidate and his disgusting ad. Go Amy! (She's ahead in the polls.)

That they do, and Acton did.
:rolleyes2:
