Jerusalem fires uncover pre-Zionist Palestinian history
The Jerusalem fires have uncovered Zionist ethnic-cleansing crime.
The fires consumed flammable cypress and pine forests imported from Europe and planted by the Jewish National Fund (JNF) specifically to transform Arab Palestine into a European- like colonial country, to cover ethnically cleansed spaces and to erase Palestinian history and the land identity.
The fires exposed Palestinian villages, towns and agricultural terraces built by Palestinian farmers in the last 800 years. The land used to be planted by plants compatible with natural environment including olive trees, oaks, carob and cactus.
