Judge Orders Trump Officials to Outline Election Demands Sent to States

"The order from Chief Judge James E. Boasberg in Federal District Court in Washington could provide new transparency into the Trump administration’s efforts to pressure local officials ahead of next week’s election.

It came in a lawsuit brought by a broad coalition of Democratic politicians and party organizations that is seeking a court order prohibiting the Trump administration from interfering in election administration.

Not Boasberg! The Trump hating judge that makes up law as he goes along! Oh wow! So, when does he get overturned and smacked down for this fuck up like he has for so many previous ones?

I know. Everyone not doing the bidding of Trump is evil.
No, some people are opposed because the have differing political views. Boasberg is NOT one of those people, at least not anymore. He now has a track record of opposing Trump, dictating--yes, he's a dictator within his circle of influence--from the bench. I think he's simply gotten TDS at this point because he was up through Trump term 1 was pretty even handed. But that's changed of late. People change. Boasberg has towards Trump.

On that note, I can understand part of that. Trump is divisive. He's polarizing. And he's an arrogant asshole. He gets under people's skin. That's why Musk, who is very much the same way, parted ways with Trump. The two in a room were like the components of a thermonuclear bomb suddenly assembled.

Called narcissism, and Trump is a classic example, dangerous example, if at any point it came down to him or the country he would select himself without even giving it a second thought

That doesn't mean some judge, any judge, can simply inject politics into their legal decisions.

No court has any authority to usurp the authority of President of the United States, Hugo.

Like the SCOTUS?

It is a reward for winning the Executive Branch and rhe Senate, the majority party can pack the Courts with Judges of their choice. Wasn’t always that way, Harry Reid started the trend and Mitch escalated into an art. Judges now are by majority vote

Lately, most of the judges, particularly ones picked by Democrat Presidents have barely made the cut to getting on the bench. Most have been approved in the Senate by party line or close to party line votes. It used to be the norm that judges were overwhelmingly approved.

Wrong, Obama, Trump, Biden, and Trump I and Trump II have packed the Court with partisan Judges due to the majority vote in the Senate, including the SCOTUS, both parties share the guilt

The Louisiana Federal Courts, all packed with Trump appointees is famous for right leaning decisions and we all seen Judge Cannon in Florida in action

I didn't exclude Trump or the Republicans. I simply stated it's more prevalent on the Democrat side of the isle. When you have a prospective Supreme Court justice who can't even define what a woman is, there's a real problem in standards. When you choose your judges on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, race, and political slant, there's a problem.

No, wasn’t it a conservative Supreme Court Judge who has the upside down distress flag flying in his front lawn and another caught receiving luxury gifts from a conservative sugar daddy, both who predictably vote in favor of conservative causes 99% of time?
