This is the kind of leader-centered state propaganda we normally associate with authoritarian governments: using public money to promote the ruler personally and glorify his military actions. The fact that America still has democratic institutions doesn’t make that particular practice healthy or normal.

I hoped conservatives would be as disgusted by this as I am, but it seems the cult of personality has clouded the reasoning of far too many people.

I hope you realize that all I have to go on to make a judgment at this point in time is "the opinion of a random, anonymous internet poster about a specific ad that they allegedly saw", right?

So it makes a lot of sense if I sit on the fence here... It would be incredibly stupid for anyone to just blindly take you at your word.

CNN's description of the ad will be unrecognizable beside a description by Fox, right?

Crepitus would describe the ad as "a ball of evil spew" if it was about saving the lives of babies, right?


All I can say for sure is that if it's truly "moronic" then it seems like it was directed at AOC/Kamala voters.

If you want people to chime in with more absolute opinions then:
  1. put a link to the ad that you're referring to in your post
  2. prove it's taxpayer-funded
