The healthcare workers who want to work with vaccinated support staff are at a premium. The support staff(janitorial and the like), that do not want to get vaccinated are not at a premium.
I deal with it all the time... Unlike you.
We should take a step back and see what is going on here. I look at what the healthcare companies are all doing, and understand it. You look at what the healthcare companies are all doing, and think with your high school diploma, you know more than them.
Why not setup your own healthcare company, and run it your own way?

for instance, if these big hospitals fire a bunch of workers/nurses...........who fills in for them? IF some despotic democrat governor thinks that controlling it works in his favor, then they will order their national guard units to come in..............but they aren't licensed by the state.......of course despots can always make exemptions to the laws when it suits them and worshipping little sheeple, like you, will applaud the lawlessness.......
but what will most likely happen is all these nurses that work in small medical offices will end up filling in by taking those jobs that are now open...........and then all these little medical offices that only have 15 to 20 employees will suddenly need nurses, technicians, and practitioners..........and those jobs will be taken up by all the nurses that the hospital fired...........
so THAT part of the governments plan falls apart like a jenga tower

OK, so they have a choice, they can either let 200,000 healthcare workers go, or they can let 2,000 janitors go? What are they to do?
They first look at the cost to replace the 200,000 healthcare workers, which has got to be in the billions. We are not talking about one or two, but tens of billions if not hundreds of billions. Then they look at how much it would cost to replace 2,000 janitors... They are going to save money on that.
It is an easy decision.
But the alt right is locked in a hatred of doctors and nurses. Not a day goes by without another story of the alt right attacking a nurse. So I guess you really do not care.
I am sure the nurses that you blame for Covid-19 would still try to save you.

Lion brings up a good point. Why don't the anti-vaxxers/pro-untested "cures" just setup their own medical system. If they can easily cure Covid-19 with the contents of a garage, then go and cure Covid-19 with the contents of a garage. Leave the regular medical system to us.
