The liberals, the leftists, the Democrats who "rebelled" because they so disliked Hillary Clinton and thereby aided the election of the abomination, Donald Trump, do not have the standing or stature of the aforementioned nut-case American conservatives. I deduce you intended it as a joke.
But Justice Kennedy is an ostensibly conservative jurist, Republican appointed.

Democrats are having another meltdown. Trump's SC Justice pick, if a strict constitutionalist, will definitely be a win for our nation's future!

It WILL be a win for Donald Trump...and for the ignorant, snake-oil buyers who still support him.

It will, however, be a disaster for our nation, its future, and for humanity in general.
