Here is the thing Thingy. The new member of the Supreme Court is likely to be confirmed PRIOR to the election. The democrat party can't stop it. They played too many games and now they can't even filibuster. So even if it does rev up you libtards, the justice will be seated.

You will live with 5-4 conservative decisions for years to come.

But, I am greedy. The only two libtards I want on the bench are Kagan and Sotomayormccheese

But, as I pointed out in a previous post. It is more likely that Kennedy's replacement will be seated BEFORE the mid terms given that the Supreme Court term starts in October. So how much of a campaign issue will it be?
