Kennedy retiring from Supreme Court

The Mcconnell rule was a one off. No way they let the Dems use it. He wants to approve a new Supreme tomorrow if he can . McConnnell lied. He does not believe we should wait until the election. He believes he should do whatever he wants to do to get his way. There are a couple Repubs who lost their seats and are not on the Trump bandwagon. They could throw a sabot into the works.
 
The American people should have a voice in the selection of their next Supreme Court Justice.

Its like removing the filibuster from SCOTUS appointments...when they had the power, there was no bitching when they placed a liberal Latin female on the bench. The good news is the fact that Mr. Trump has a great many honest Constitutional legal minds to pick from.

I enjoy TRUTH....not denial which is not a river in Egypt. A sin is sin.....a pervert is a pervert....all perverts suffer from a mental condition that makes them 'deviates' from the norms of society. Hell, not only should they be allowed to be married.....I think it would be appropriate to grant them SPECIAL STATUS just like all handicapped individuals. Special parking places....special housing...etc., I am a humanitarian...I just call Bullshit when I see it. The trouble with leftists is they attempt to equate truth with the hate they propagate. Sex is a private endeavor that should have a protected sphere of privacy around it.....but don't bring your bedroom perversion into the public arena then tell me that's not piss running down my back its only rain.
