Trump installed nothing but the worst in important positions. Wasting money and not knowing how to do the job was a requirement that Trump sought. He wanted to destroy our American institutions from the inside. None is being spared. Defense is an embarrassment. Do we survive this Trump circus?
He installed sycophants to avoid a repeat of dissent in his first term. Now that he's started throwing them under the bus whenever the shit hits the fan, the others are starting to be less enthusiastic in their ass-kissing.
Like others, I think Hegseth is next. Trump is looking for a scapegoat for the Iran fiasco.
He can't fire JD or Jared and I doubt he'll fire Rubio. Ergo, DUI Pete is the most likely to take the fall.
