KXL dead!

Stop with the lies and strawmen.

I haven't lied about anything...TransCanada are the ones who said we get discounted sludge from Alberta.

So the cost of transportation does not affect the price of gas?

Not right now since the crude is oversupplied to US refineries in the Midwest. The transportation is done almost entirely by pipelines already. KXL is unnecessary.

Did you look at the ate on this article you dumb cunt?

Hey crybaby, what did I say? That from 2006-2020, that pipeline you love so much has leaked a shit ton of oil.

Not the Alaska pipeline you dumb cunt.

Did you read the article? Because they mentioned pipelines, plural, including the one you love.

Not about the pipeline; this was about the SHIP Exxon Valdez you dumb cunt.

No it isn't you illiterate:

Leak is latest of Alaska's pipeline woes

You don't even read links when they're given to you.

All these links indicate what a dumb cunt you are and that you didn't even bother to read them.

No, YOU didn't read them.

Luddites and Tree Huggers win against Progress! Scooooooore!!!!

No, they aren't going to pay less for it because the entire global market is going to compete for that sludge vs. the handful of Midwest refineries that compete for it now.

Do you think, as they compete for that sludge, that they're going to compete against each other by offering LESS or MORE for the crude?
They seem to think that all companies that are located America, are benefactors. They aren't. Our own home grown fracking companies don't even aid in keeping this country running on low cost petroleum.

If supply increases due to KXL, OPEC+ will simply cut production further.

These fools don't seem to understand that. A few years ago, when American frackers thought they had the market by the balls, Saudi Arabia reminded them who holds all the cards. They opened the spigots, and put half of them out of business.

The frackers left in the middle of the night, and the wells are spewing toxic fumes to this day.

Well, you'll never see it now because KXL is dead.

What about what TransCanada said that you don't believe or understand?

They're the ones who said what they said in their application.

They're the ones who told you that the purpose of KXL was to increase the cost of that crude by removing the oversupply we currently enjoy.

Do you not believe them? They're the ones who wanted to build the pipeline.

Watch when the Carter-era gas lines around the block make a comeback. Retard.

No, at a discounted cost, as TransCanada said themselves that for some reason, you don't want to even acknowledge:

“Existing markets for Canadian heavy crude, principally PADD II [U.S. Midwest], are currently oversupplied, resulting in price discounting for Canadian heavy crude oil. Access to the USGC [U.S. Gulf Coast] via the Keystone XL Pipeline is expected to strengthen Canadian crude oil pricing in [the Midwest] by removing this oversupply. This is expected to increase the price of heavy crude to the equivalent cost of imported crude. The resultant increase in the price of heavy crude is estimated to provide an increase in annual revenue to the Canadian producing industry in 2013 of US $2 billion to US $3.9 billion.”

So right there, TransCanada is calling you a mouth breathing, soft headed idiot.

Newsflash, dumbass faggot!

Canada is NOT the U.S.!

That crude was keeping refineries here in business.

Exactly! So TransCanada is telling you in explicit terms that the goal of KXL is to increase prices of Tar Sands Crude because it's currently oversupplied to the region.

Why is that so hard for you to understand?

Their region is NOT OUR region. Are you Canadian? No? Yes?

Linky-loo?

Idiot, the sludge is coming from Alberta to the Midwest...that's really the only place it can go.

You don't understand this topic at all.

I absolutely do. It's you that doesn't realize that the US has a much higher demand for oil than Canada, fuckstick.

This, combined with the non-renewal of drilling leases will lead to a gas shortage in the US before summer is over.

AKA Carter-era gas lines around the block.
