Why isn't the arctic cold?

The climate changed and fucked up the winds that had kept arctic weather isolated on the arctic. So it collapses frequently now and the arctic gets really warm and stupid Americans get really cold. Lack of sunspots means that more cosmic rays(muons) can penetrate the atmosphere and create greater cloud cover. Ask Jasper Kirkby chief scientist on the CLOUD experiment at CERN.
