It's a mural, Opie, not a "statue". There are dozens of them in poor section of Democrat cities. A building getting hit by lightning is not unusual. Anyone who thinks God made that happen is an fucking moron.

The mural was not on top of a building. The lightning rods on buildings around the site didn't protect the mural.
