I actually think it is beyond question that Trumpf is the least articulate and least well spoken president in modern American history.
I also think it is entirely possible his grasp of the English language is limited to about 200 words, not including pornographic words and curse words.

If so, and that is your claim, he's still far above the average black residing on the Democrat plantation.
 
Boris has a very narrow majority. His admin is hanging by a thread, so I doubt that he will start with big things.
