Limbaugh loses it over Trump's immigration flip-flop

They all still have the right to appeal, etc?

I imagine he would be long dead as would most of them, by the time most of those millions of cases ever come to court/proceedings.. NIGHTMARE!!
I don't know..I'm think of visa overstays.. that is a significant amount of illegal immigration.
It would seem to be a cut and dried administrative matter - but knowing the US they probably do have rights of appeal.

You could change the law that they would have to appeal before the visa runs out -instead of after though.

Yes, but he can't change the law, he would need congress:rofl2:

He could declare marshal law, some exec orders & just yell 'GETTUM OUTTA HEEERE", nationalize all the national guard & have them round up & heard them all to the boarders??

Warn the over stays & if they fail to heed they join the walking tour w/ the criminals & rapist to the boarder...???

Obama did a lot by Executive Order..Since this would be "enforcement" I'm thinking he could just decide to enforce existing law for over stays.

If someone is here on a visa, they would have their immigration status checked when dealing wit the government.
None of this is that hard to do IF there is political will to do so.

It could be very difficult if they can appeal... There is no system in place that can handle 11+ million cases...??

So you have documentation on how "very few" undocumented workers get paid off the books?

If e-verify keeps them off of the books, and "very few" of them work off of the books, how are they then working?
Obviously e-verify hasn't impacted those who found employment before e-verify was implemented as it was not implemented retroactively. Those who have immigrated here illegally have found it very difficult to find employment and many are returning due to that. Some, obviously, do work under the table but the large majority of undocumented workers in this nation are working above the table, albeit on spurious documentation.

not all of those are appealable. Just the one's with visa "irregularities" (my words). The ones with papers.

There are ways to do this -immigration is complex ,and i'm no lawyer -
but it's evident we are seen as the place to run to when foreign countries have economic/societal problems.
And we DO allow for that too..also it's not fair to immigrants who play by the rules.

It just takes some political will and much could get done. even without that silly wall.
Act like a nation of laws and the laws will have meaning/teeth

Someone would say they broke the rules by coming here illegally, now someone is saying maybe they can stay... You probably heard Jeb say that a lot..

No one has been talking about it till he brought it up??:palm:
