EXCEPT THAT ONLY THE STATE LEGISLATURES CAN CHANGE ELECTION LAW, PER THE US CONSTITUTION; NOT THE "ELECTION BOARDS"...NOT THE COURTS.

IF THEIR STATE KANGAROO COURT ALLOWS IT ,IT WILL WIND UP IN THE SCOTUS. :D

Well, the SCOTUS chose to allow the last choice that did the same, allowing ballots received after polls closed to be counted was definitely a change in the legislation.
