Lock Her UP.....Funneling money through the back door

A new legal complaint filed with the Federal Election Commission alleges that the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee used state chapters as strawmen to circumvent campaign donation limits and laundered the money back to her campaign.

The Committee to Defend the President, a political action committee, filed its complaint with the FEC on Monday with the allegations that the Hillary Victory Fund (HVF) solicited cash from big-name donors, including Calvin Klein and “Family Guy” creator Seth MacFarlane -- money that was allegedly sent through state chapters and back to the DNC before ending up with the Clinton campaign.

Officials with the committee said their filing was spurred by their own analysis of FEC reports, where they said they discovered the HVF either never transferred the money to state chapters and back to the DNC, or did so without the state chapters having actual control.

“What we have found, people need to see,” Ted Harvey, chairman of the CDP which emerged from the now-defunct Stop Hillary PAC, told Fox News. “I think it’s important that the American public has an understanding of how corrupt this campaign system was and that they were doing anything they could to secure the nomination in her favor.”

In its complaint, the CDP alleges that about $84 million was funneled illegally from the DNC through state party chapters and back into the war chest of the Clinton campaign.

What does that have to do with the validity of their complaint?

Did you expect "People for the American way" to file any FEC complaints against the Hillary camp?

Notice how no OCD libs can never tell you how Trump colluded with Russia to rig the election? Only that month after month, inch by inch Muellerr is finding this supposed collusion. Yet, no one has been laying out the procedure on just how it occurred.

Meanwhile we have article after article, breaking news daily, report after report, post after post showing heavily reported detailed actions taken by Dems, the DNC, DOJ, FBI, Clintons et al, who have been engaging in lies, crimes and misdemeanors.

you don't have to defend yourself if there is no charge, no credible evidence of a charge, or in this case, nothing but innuendo at best.

this thread however is about the DNC, and Hill dog and the latest PROOF, of wrongdoing, PROOF is a very strong word.

Yep. You don't have PROOF, what you have is a COMPLAINT filed by the Committee to Defend the President, which has not yet been considered let alone adjudicated by the FEC. Let us know if anything comes of it, if it ever does.

On the other hand, there undoubtedly was a concerted Russian attempt to interfere in the election - Facebook, Twitter and others have amply documented it. So-called patriots who deny this or try to excuse it for party-political reasons don't deserve the name.

As for COLLUSION, if there was any, I doubt that Trump would be personally involved in it. If I were running an operation aimed at subverting American democracy, I sure as hell wouldn't confide in an ignorant, lying blabbermouth.
