Man accused of attacking Paul Pelosi held without bail

Amazing how that works! Some asshole like that attacks you or me in San Fran and he's on the street to do it again in a day because of no cash bail, but he attacks an important asshole politician (well, her husband) and he gets held without bail because he's freaking dangerous...

If he had a home and a family, a steady job he needed to be at, a clean record, up to date on his bills and a lot more obscured facts than in this case

Ignorance couldn’t be any more apparent, nowhere is no cash bail, or even no bail, another Fox lie, absolute, a Judge can decide if the individual is a flight risk or dangerous and deny any bail

Just like CRT, Tucker tells them a lie and they all believe it

If he would have attacked a Rep's spouse, do you think he'd have been given bail? He probably would have only been charged with assault.

We have a new DA in SF and while she is still a progressive she has a very pragmatic side to her. I’m sure having this happen to Pelosi’s husband probably plays a role but nonetheless it’s still a good thing. If folks want to argue more people should be charged with attempted murder and denied bail then that is fine. But i don’t follow the arguing against what’s happening here.

I would agree he's a flight risk because he isn't even an American citizen (don't get me started about illegals!). And yes, being Pelosi's husband does play a role. I wouldn't bet against it.

Here are the litany of charges against the criminal you want released:

attempted murder,
assault with a deadly weapon,
elder abuse,
residential burglary,
false imprisonment
threatening the life of or serious bodily harm to a public official.
