Man Shot by Police in Kenosha Was Wanted for Sexual Assault "Fleeing felon rule"

Jacob Blake, the 29-year-old black man shot by police in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on Sunday, was wanted on charges of sexual assault, among others, according to the Associated Press.

Online court records indicate Kenosha County prosecutors charged Blake on July 6 with third-degree sexual assault, trespassing and disorderly conduct in connection with domestic abuse.

No we know why the POS wouldn't comply with police, if there was a gun in his car u can bet if he got his hands on it he would have used it

Fleeing felon rule

At common law, the fleeing felon rule permits the use of force, including deadly force, against an individual who is suspected of a felony and is in clear flight.[1]
Indeed.

Absolutely. These white antifa thugs are the worst.

Especially when the thugs are triggered.

The good thing about these nazi bastards is that some are stupid enough to give you something to aim at. "Aim small, miss small" ;)

You miss the point. The officer was trained to shoot center mass and fire three rounds. He did this twice which given the excitement of the situation, adrenalin up, that sort of thing would be understandable. Officers ARE NOT trained to shoot to wound. They are taught to stop the action. That is, you shoot, assess the situation (usually vaguely in training) then fire more rounds if necessary.

The problem with him getting in a vehicle is two-fold. One, you can't fire at the vehicle unless the guy in it is actively shooting at you or using the vehicle as a weapon. That complicates engagement. Second, you don't want to engage in a high-speed chase or let the suspect get out of sight. Both greatly complicate things. Add to that, at that moment, none of the officers was in their vehicle and none were close to their vehicle. That would mean the suspect would likely get away and out of sight. Reestablishing contact is problematic. They wanted to keep him at the scene.

I know how officers are trained. The better ones attend NRA training and matches at gun clubs all over the country.
Ever see someone get "buck fever" when they see a deer while hunting? If one cannot control their adrenaline and make wise choices, they should not be a cop.

Please check my hearing and ability to count, it looks/sounds like 3 spaced apart shots then four quick shots (really two quickly then another two quickly). Anyone familiar with firearms certainly knows the sound difference between an aimed shot and "just busting caps".

Much worse than that, of course, is where in those seven shots, did Jacob Blake cease to be a threat to anyone? You should know that if it was shot 6 or 7, good for him. If it was shot #3 that rendered Blake incapacitated, as the sounds indicate and the position of Blake's leg under the car indicate, then the four remaining shots make the police officer guilty of assault with a deadly weapon. If Blake dies, then it's murder. This is all given that the police officer was justified to shoot in the first place. I don't think he was but if there was a weapon in the car, it could be argued he was justified.

This information is taught to those who carry a weapon, be it for work or as a personal carry permit.

NSFW Raw video

In the excitement of that situation, do you really think the officer was counting rounds? If you train to shoot three rounds at a time, you get where you automatically do that, you don't even consciously count. He would also have to do this very quickly as the course of fire is timed. The object is to get the officer trained where he can do this by rote rather than having to slowly think each move through. He fired three, hesitated (assess the situation per training which amounts to a pause) and then fired four instead of three. I saw and heard what amounts to him doing automatically what he'd do in training.

It was more an automatic reaction done by rote memory response than something conscious once he decided to fire at all. You are trying to argue that in those 2 to 3 seconds the officer was making carefully thought through decisions rationally weighing each with deliberation in his mind. That isn't the case. Once he decided to fire, he did what he has repeatedly trained for.

So a man who rapes and beats black women is a hero/mayrt for the Blamtifa left.

Makes a lot of sense folks! Maybe these riots are a form of celebration that this filth is off the streets?

"One" really doesn't know that until they are in that situation though. I doubt this officer has been involved in previous shooting incidents. Most officers go their whole career without ever actually shooting anyone.

I'm good with that as long as you're good with shooting all racists. :D

Why is it even though Eastern Europe & Southern Europe today are more racist.

Most of the racist brutality comes from Western Europeans?

Like in the case of Dylan Roof, Breivik, Robert Bowers, James Von Brunn, James Alex Fields etc.

Is there something in the Western European bloodlines, that makes them simply Chimp Out?

If you were ever in the military, then you know the value of training. He was obviously the senior officer of the three and looked old enough to not panic. Regardless, the investigators are not only watching the same video including the points about shots and Blake's leg, but they have the forensics on the rounds fired and their trajectory. I'm sure his Union rep will voice the same arguments at his trial as you are. :)

Do you know what the #1 response was when debriefing people about such situations in the military and in aviation? "I was surprised then I followed my training."

Note the second officer's response. He's the one who wasn't seasoned; he moved to the wrong position when the shooting started and finally corrected himself. There is no doubt in my mind that the last four shots were fired in anger and the shooting police officer knew better. He can't be honest and blame anything but himself for those last four rounds.

I'm glad you agree. As shown below, most Americans don't like fucking nazis anymore than you or I do.

One of my most popular memes:

Yup someone should tell the SJW left who thinks this country is bad. Guess they forget we defeated Nazi Germany, and Imperial Japan.

Disagreed.

Because you're basically a White Negroid AKA a British Islander.

You are very emotional & illogical.

The Anti-Fascists (ANTIFA) in the past 10 years, have probably killed as many as the Neo-Fascists have in the West, in the past 10 years.

Just in this past few months, 30 have been killed by ANTIFA / BLM.

That's that.

They're idiots just like the fucking nazis and white supremacists.

The countries that are most Nationalist today, are some of the historically most peaceful countries.

Take countries like Poland, Hungary, Belarus, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, Greece they tend to be more Nationalist today, and historically more peaceful.

They killed far less, than countries like Germany, Great Britain, Belgium, France, the USA, Australia, Canada which tend to be less Nationalist today.

Western Europeans are fcking weirdos, flailing around all Chimping out, desperately.

I don't like your people, very much.
