Schools in Sheffield have adopted lesson plans which tell teenagers the word 'racist' cannot be used in the context of black people's behaviour towards their white peers.
This is because racism can only be exhibited by those who hold cultural power, such as white people over black people, the guidance claims.
This is pure CRT in action. The original Marxist Communist manifesto had the proletariat versus the bourgeoise oligarchy. In CRT, this is replaced with racial groups. Blacks are made to be the proletariat and Whites the bourgeoise. In CRT, individual racism is NOT a thing. It is the group or class that is oppressed or oppressor.
Thus, in CRT, Blacks, supposedly being an oppressed class, cannot be racist while Whites automatically are racist. The objective of CRT becomes replacing the current 'oppressors' with the oppressed who in turn will oppress the previous oppressors.
