McCloskey’s Gun Didn’t Work So A Prosecutor Ordered It Reassembled And Then Declared

The right is clear. People have the right to defend themselves. No government can take that away.

Correct, but that's not the point of the charges. Others have right to not be assaulted or threatened with being shot.

They were legal in doing so. They broke no law.

They did.

2005 Missouri Revised Statutes - § 571.030. — Unlawful use of weapons
(4) Exhibits, in the presence of one or more persons, any weapon readily capable of lethal use in an angry or threatening manner

Patricia obviously did that but I haven't seen any pix of Mark doing it. Just carrying his AR is not a crime; he does have a right of both ownership and self-defense.

Nope. They were not on their property. Watch the video and look at Google maps.

All of which are necessary for the prosecution to make their case....if they don't plead out. Patricia is obviously guilty and I think the city wants this behind them as quickly as possible.

That's for sure. The governor will probably just end it quickly for the good of everyone.

They lose that right when assaulting another or invading their property. It IS the point of the charges. This couple have the right to defend themselves and their property.

Contextomy fallacy. Read the rest of that law, dumbass. It specifically talks about self defense. So does the Missouri State constitution.

That's what the defense will have to prove but the video only shows Patty going psycho. Is she a relative?
Political persecution by a government official under color of law. The actual law and right of both of these citizens are that they have the right to defend themselves and their property.
Is this where you demand that Trump send in his Praetorian Guard to quell the blacks and free the old white heros from Socialists?
