Medicare For All a fiscal winner

horseshit. not for illegals. They come here illegally- they forfeit benefits and services. They get emergency care and that's it.

Wait - so you moved the bar.

"NO HEALTH CARE!"

"OK, maybe emergency health care."

If they're stealing your job (your first claim against them), then they're deriving an income and paying the taxes on that income that fund M4A.

So either they're stealing your job or they're not.

Medicare For All a fiscal winner

This might be the biggest pile of bullshit you have ever bent over with. I have never understood anyone educated in this country wanting to become a ward of the massive bureaucratic State.

You have to be BRAIN DEAD to be this stupid.

and we shoould be deporting the criminal as well, not going after ICE and harboring them by sanctuary cities

Deporting them, why? We need immigrants. We should be making them all citizens so they'll stop hiding in the shadows and not operating in their own shadow economy.

Your president's businesses are known to hire undocumented workers.

And your president's wife used "chain migration" to get her relatives into the country.
chain migration is legal. Trump wants to change that to merit based, which benefits the USA not a bunch of uncles and cousins.

I do beleive that practice has been reformed at Mar Y largo, but i'm not going to be a hypocrite and defend that either.
The problem here in Florida is the smaller accomodations have trouble getting help.

I do beleive Disney etc does screen though

we don't need to import criminals. we don't deport for simple illegal simple border crossings.
and we don't need a bunch of unskilled labor either -we need merit based immigration

law requires emergency health care..we don't let people die on the streets ( well we do but that's another topic -homeless)

You're saying we should deport for simple border crossings? Why?

Who says they're unskilled labor? You, who has never spent any time on a farm, a meat packing plant, or any of the other places most of those migrants work. Here's a great example of what happened the last time foreign labor came to the US to set up shop...

law requires emergency health care..we don't let people die on the streets ( well we do but that's another topic -homeless)

You didn't even address the point.

The point was that those "illegals" are paying into the system for M4A because they're stealing your job.

Unless...they're not stealing your job...in which case, why would you care if they're here or not?

So you can't bleat about "illegals" stealing your job while at the same time calling them moochers for accepting social services they're paying into with the job they "stole" from you.

Yeah, no M13 gangsters, murderers, rapists, Ebola carrying terrorists, and maybe a few good people, especially if they come from Finland

And without that unskilled labor who is going to pick all that produce you are used to see at your grocery store, or, marry Trump, two out of his three wives were immigrants

not with open borders (OK de facto open borders)..
The Dems want Health Insurance for all illegals and all that will show up.

No, the Dems do not. Illegals do not qualify for healthcare. Nor does any Dem advocate open borders. Are you that badly informed or just that dishonest?

And without that unskilled labor who is going to pick all that produce you are used to see at your grocery store, or, marry Trump, two out of his three wives were immigrants

It's also a common misconception that farm labor is "unskilled". It actually requires a lot of skill, and very few people have the inherent "know how" to grow and harvest produce. Just like with the Japanese immigrants pre-WWII, South American migrants are bringing their techniques and skills with them, because farm work isn't simply planting seeds in the ground and sitting back, waiting for those seeds to grow.

This Twitter thread is the best when it comes to explaining this phenomenon, and everyone should read it:

How come it, or various models of it, works so well in other nations? How does Medicare itself work?

And what I always found interesting about entitlements is that a large percentage of those that oppose them are seemingly more concerned with what others might be getting rather than what they themselves already possess. We have entitlements of one form or another for decades now and last I saw none of that has radically changed the lifestyle of those that complain the most about them now

It doesn't work well in other nations. That's a myth pushed by the left.

What I find interesting is that those unwilling to provide for themselves think those of us that do owe them something or should provide the funding for the same things for them.

We have had entitlements of many forms for decades. It's been the same story for such programs. One group that provides for themselves is expected to provide for the other group unwilling to do so.

I see your problem. You think it's about the money. While wasting $22 trillion over 50+ years is a problem, the bigger problem is that each time you add to the list of programs, you're doing nothing more than enabling people that have no desire to do for themselves to continue their freeloading ways. No one owes them a damn thing nor do they have a right to what someone else earned.

Health care is a human right.

Virtue signaling fro a rich white liberal. :palm:

Last time we gave the Dems power to "fix" our healthcare, they took our doctors away from us, spent 100's of millions on simple websites, and premiums and deductibles went UP. :palm:.

You are no Mother Teresa, ... you're just a rich white piece of shit. :palm:

If it made all the sense in the world, it is still not going to happen in one sweeping move, it is too complicated for the average American to understand, meaning it is too easy to demogogue, and we all know the right wing demogogues will scapegoat anything to make a buck

Down the road, it probably will happen, but in stages, to call for it now in sweeping reform is unrealistic

It's very easy to understand how Nationalized Health plans suck. You just have to have an IQ above room temperature and open eyes. The last thing ANY American should want is a miserable, poorly run, massive Government program that leads to long waiting lists, long lines and shortages of care.

Only idiots on the left are clueless and stupid enough to want to become dependent wards of the massive State.

To think bullshit like Bernie proposes will work proves you're an idiot.

LV is nothing more than a entitlement minded freeloader that thinks he's owed something. Why would you support that?

Correct; you left off uneducated and incredibly low IQ as well. ;)

You idiots actually believe a new government program, conservatively estimated to cost $33 TRILLION DOLLARS over ten years (it would likely cost double that) is going to be paid for by 4% and 7% payroll taxes? Are you fucking kidding me?

I think the real problem is that most people don't know what a health insurance company is, what they actually do, and how none of what they do relates to the quality of health care delivery.

You don't think; that's the REAL problem. ;)
