IOW, it has nothing to do with race.

Subsidized housing can be full of poor whites on welfare and it would have the same effect. In fact, who ever said subsidized housing only has minorities? Many of these people are on the dole because they either choose to be or because they are dysfunctional [usually because of drugs].

IOW, they don’t make for the best neighbors. Generally.

There’s always going to exceptions but the net effect is it depresses local real estate prices. What sucks is, Biden will make it to where affected home owners won’t have a say in it. This should be challenged by SCOTUS—if it hasn’t already.

M. Obama is counting on people not being aware of all that. Sadly, it works to a large extent.
